This role includes overseeing all logistical aspects such as guest list management, transportation, accommodation, staffing, and more for marquee events. • Minimum seven years of experience in planning corporate or ultra-high net worth events • experience with Fortune 50 companies • bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience • knowledge of event suppliers like hotels, caterers, décor, transportation, security • strong budget management skills over one million dollars • proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, DocuSign, Google Suite • excellent organizational abilities • attention to detail • ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure • strong interpersonal and communication skills • willingness to travel up to 40 percent annually including holidays
