Supervise the execution of banquet events.Finalize the requirements of Four Seasons internal events as well as personally booked catering events while maximizing revenue potential through upselling and ensuring effective communication both written (Resumes, BEO, Daily Reports) and personal contact with all departments for the success of the event.
