KC Current continues to transform the city and the Missouri Riverfront, extending the fabric of downtown Kansas City to our waterfront, with its unprecedented investment in women’s sports and the Kansas City region, only 12 months after the opening of CPKC Stadium, the first stadium in the world purpose-built for a women’s professional team. To foster our vision, we prioritize hiring and retaining world-class talent. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Commercial we are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial and revenue-minded Director, Event Sales and Programming responsible for business development and client management to drive large-scale ticketed events at Berkley Riverfront District Plaza and CPKC Stadium. This includes developing new business opportunities to make Berkley Riverfront District Plaza and CPKC Stadium a destination for all non-KC Current special events.
