Required Documents Needed to Upload at Time of Application: Resume, transcripts and three professional references. 35% Supervise the activities of the Event Services department, which includes logistical coordination of the use of campus facilities by internal and external clients and the technical and functional support for events held in those facilities. Compile, analyze, and report historical information to make data-informed decisions on future facility usage and staffing requirements, as well as assists other departments with similar activities. • Knowledge of box office operations and performance management, including box office software and ticketing payment platforms; • Advanced knowledge of database administration, with demonstrated experience in scheduling management software (e.g., 25Live); • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written skills and ability to interface with people from diverse educational settings; • Must be able to troubleshoot challenges over phone or video conferencing solution (without necessarily being physically present due to the number of events occurring at various campus locations sometimes simultaneously).
