Manage a team that owns a variety of event functions including registration and technology, marketing communications, attendee experience and ancillary events, all while ensuring the business needs and objectives are met, with return on investment. • Partner with senior leadership on the inaugural launches of new ships, internal sales (and similar) meetings and consumer and trade shoreside and shipboard events as assigned. Manage and work with internal departments to ensure seamless integration for all events. • Travel or cruise line experience preferred. • This position requires a strong team leader and coach with the ability to concept a clear program vision.
