This leader has primary accountability for the performance of results of a variety of workstreams, provides leadership to his/her team and develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or priorities. The Director, Executive Support and Events will help support all HRO executives and event management for the HRO business unit (BU) in the following capacities: • Townhalls - HRO believes that bringing associates together regularly is important to the overall engagement and productivity of the team. Each BU leader, as well as the HRO Executive Vice President hosts townhalls on a regular cadence - oversight of this process is needed. • Leadership Coaching is a part of this team, so oversight of the performance coaching for associates is needed for time management, session tracking, and helping stay on top of the latest trends. • Broad business perspective and understanding • Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to interact with all levels of leadership • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Exceptional leadership skills • Events management and coordination experience, as well as the ability to effectively manage a budget, is critical for this role
