Director, Global Events

Duties and Responsibilities • Develop and execute a comprehensive global events strategy aligned with the company's marketing objectives and brand positioning. • Work closely with the Brand, Marketing, Creative Services, and Product Development teams to develop compelling event concepts, themes, and activations that captivate attendees and leave a lasting impression. What we are looking for: • Associates degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, business administration or another related field • 7-10 years of experience in event management with a proven track record of planning and executing large-scale, high-impact events on a global scale • 3-5 years of leadership and people management experience • Strong portfolio of event management • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and Google G-Suite • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into creative event concepts and experiences • Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously At Jazwares, we believe in providing our employees with comprehensive and competitive benefits that support their well-being and overall satisfaction.
