EDB has a lot to do with that. Proud though we are, we are not resting on our laurels. The good news is that everything we do will impact Postgres, which is to say that it will impact the world. You will lead a team of event planners that will research, build, and execute the EDB events using best-in-class marketing techniques and tools. The position requires highly creative events professional with diversified experience in webinars, conference... management, tradeshows, custom events, virtual experiences, and sponsorships, Responsibilities: Event Management: Own the strategy, direction, and roadmap for all physical and virtual events, including major conferences, regional events, company meetings, webinars, and podcasts Understand the target accounts, goals and metrics we are driving to Manage and develop the team to build and execute creative events and tradeshows Develop processes and procedures to ensure efficiencies and economies of scale Build webinar strategy and plan with new ways of looking at virtual experiences Align with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of the plan and support of specific campaigns Provide ongoing reporting for all events campaign roadmaps, performance, insights, and optimization Apply experimentation and data-driven mindset to event startegy to test, learn, and optimize.
