As Director, Experiential Marketing Planning & Strategy, you will define and lead the end-to-end event and experience strategy for MAP. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building the vision, framework, and execution engine behind high-visibility internal, B2B, industry, and member-facing events that drive brand growth, partner engagement, and business impact. What You’ll Bring A track record of building and leading enterprise-scale experiential or event strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.Experience owning large, complex events end-to-end — including internal, B2B, industry, and consumer-facing experiences.Strategic vision paired with an event planner’s mindset — you see the big idea and obsess over every detail of the attendee journey.Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leaders in matrixed organizations.Strong expertise in vendor selection, agency leadership, contract negotiation, and budget ownership.Deep understanding of how events integrate with media strategy, brand storytelling, and omnichannel marketing ecosystems.Experience operating in high-growth, fast-evolving environments where building structure and process is part of the job.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to craft compelling narratives that connect brand, business, and member impact.
