As a key member of the Club’s leadership team, this individual will bring a “boots-on-the-ground” mindset and a genuine passion for hospitality—someone who wakes up each day eager to create extraordinary experiences for members and to support a team that thrives in a high-volume, high-energy environment. With strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and departmental performance, the Director of Catering and Events will pair operational precision with creativity and fun. Flexible and composed, this leader will “roll with the punches,” navigate the unexpected with poise, and foster a culture where brainstorming, new ideas, and fresh perspectives are not only welcomed but encouraged. · Develop understanding of the Club’s event calendar and planning cycles. · Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a high-performing catering/events team.
