As a key member of the Club’s leadership team, this individual will bring a “boots-on-the-ground” mindset and a genuine passion for hospitality—someone who wakes up each day eager to create extraordinary experiences for members and to support a team that thrives in a high-volume, high-energy environment. With strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and departmental performance, the Director of Catering and Events will pair operational precision with creativity and fun. While the department is already high-performing and bonded under a well-loved predecessor, the next Director will inherit a strong foundation—and be expected to honor that legacy while confidently making the role their own. • Develop understanding of the Club’s event calendar and planning cycles. • Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a high-performing catering/events team.
