What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and inspire the Catering & Events team to exceed revenue goals and service standards Develop and implement strategic sales plans that drive group business, social catering, and convention bookings Build and sustain relationships with planners, vendors, and community partners Oversee all event planning —from contract to closeout— ensuring brand consistency and exceptional execution Collaborate with Sales, Culinary, and Operations to deliver seamless, personalized experiences Analyze market trends and competitive activity to position the hotel as a premier event destination in the Southeast Who You Are A hospitality professional with 5+ years of leadership experience in hotel catering sales and event management Experience with the CI / TY system and Marriott brand knowledge is a must Skilled in driving team performance , managing budgets, and closing high-value contracts Emotionally intelligent with a client-first mindset and exceptional interpersonal communication skills Passionate about service, storytelling, and the details that elevate an event into an experience Why Join Us at PCH Hotels and Renaissance Montgomery?
