Required skills include a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Design, or related field, 7-10 years of experience in event design and large-scale event production in luxury or upscale environments, proven track record of producing high-impact events, experience managing budgets and vendor contracts, exceptional design sensibility, proficiency in production planning tools and visual design software, strong leadership, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills, and strategic creative vision with luxury aesthetic and design acumen.
