We’re seeking a detail-oriented and guest-focused professional to join our team as the **Director of Event Management**. We want to hear from you if you are passionate about events and facilitating unforgettable experiences for our guests!

**What You Will Bring to the Table:**

* **Director-level Event Management leadership** in a full-service, convention center, or large group hotel
* Proven ability to **lead and develop** an Event Management team
* **Hands-on detailing** of group and catering events, BEOs, event orders, resumes, and pre-cons
* Experience with **Marriott CI/TY preferred**
* **Strong client communication** and cross-department coordination
* **Schedule flexibility**, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends based on business needs
