Alpha isn’t just a superior private institution. We offer a revolutionary model — condensing a full school day into two hours through adaptive learning, expert guides, and immersive challenges. The end result: accelerated mastery, real-world learning opportunities, and pathways to prestigious academic and career prospects. Our families demand more than just academic excellence. They seek results that ensure lifelong success. Your events must convey this promise, seamlessly blending operational precision with the charisma and conviction to engage parents who expect nothing but excellence. You will be the ultimate decision-maker for event strategy, quality, and brand coherence. You set the standards, own the outcomes, and are accountable for the influence. This involves crafting experiences that resonate deeply with high-net-worth families without relying on pre-packaged audience insights or scripts. Handling vendor selection, contracts, payments, and performance across multiple locations. Managing 5–10 simultaneous events, leading on-site issue resolution and cross-departmental collaboration. Representing Alpha in prominent settings—from hosting to engaging families individually—with the authority and presence to champion our mission. Demonstrated ability to independently understand and act upon the motivations, expectations, and social nuances of high-net-worth families—without detailed guidance. Capacity to credibly present Alpha’s model and value proposition to discerning audiences, combining operational excellence with compelling storytelling. Stage presence, confidence, and proficiency in engaging both large audiences and in one-on-one discussions. Excellent vendor negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities. Based in Austin, TX or willing to relocate (relocation assistance available); 75%+ on-site presence required. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
