Director of Event Management

Job Description: The Director of Event Management is responsible for overseeing the entire events department. This includes directing, training and managing the event team to achieve budgeted revenue goals while providing strong leadership and maintaining company standards. The Director of Event Management demonstrates outstanding leadership coupled with sales skills. Oversee catering team’s day to day performance to ensure associates are following company standards as well as providing guidance and mentoring to catering team. • Work with the marketing department on annual marketing plans specific to publications, website, and social media development to ensure marketing budget is maximized.
