Full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA.Oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of large-scale Influencer & TikTok LIVE events, including creator-focused recruitment, promotional campaigns, and special programming.Leads event management department, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders and third-party external collaborators, and ensures events align with business objectives, brand standards, and platform guidelines.Develop event strategies, manage timelines and budgets, and negotiate with vendors and partners, and monitoring event performance metrics.Collaborate closely with creator management, and marketing team to drive audience growth, revenue, and engagement on TikTok LIVE.For transparency - Compensation range: $150,000-200,000 annually.
