Director of Event Marketing

Responsibilities • Identify, develop, and own event-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for Window Nation • Attend trade shows, home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events and manage event marketing teams in generating new sales leads. • Responsible for recruiting, hiring and training and developing, and managing a team that delivers an incredible event experience that generates sales leads. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in event planning • 3+ years of experience in a leadership position • Ability to work weekends and/or evenings to support events We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a 401k with company match and generous paid time off to help you balance your life.
