This position works in conjunction with the Food & Beverage Director, Executive Chef and Front of House Manager and reports directly to the Food & Beverage Manager. · Perform any other job-related duties as requested and to include assisting dining outlets and other departments as needed. · Time management skills required. Able to effectively communicate with internal teams as well as with members. Must be able to lead and delegate work.
