Event Programming Director Role This role is focused on delivering successful event programming products and services to clients, ensuring a seamless experience from adoption to execution. You will also need to define operations performance metrics and KPIs to assess product adoption and client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for communicating product updates, new features, and known issues to the wider user community through presentations at conferences or team meetings. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify blockers and constraints towards scaling adoption of new features and products in the event programming space.
