Director of Event Service (Banquet)

Now we are looking for a dynamic, outgoing and enthusiastic – Director of Event Service (Banquet) with strong background and experience in Large Events, Conference and Meeting to join our energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali. Goal of the Director of Event Service (Banquet) is Effectively and proactively monitors the daily functions of the Event Service section under Food & Beverage department. The Director of Event Service (Banquet) will be responsible for operational related to events, conference and meeting. Directs and leads the Event Services (Banquets), Event Services Set-Up, and Event Services (Banquet) Beverage departments while working closely with the Events Planning and other Hotel Operations department. Ensures that all employees deliver the brand promise and always provide exceptional guest service and provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
