Director of Event Technology

As the Director of Event Technology (DET), you will be responsible for achieving the revenue and profitability goals for your assigned location(s). Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for INSPIRE with both clients and hotel management • Collaborate with hotel staff to maintain a mutually beneficial relationship focused on sales and service expectations • Oversee the daily setup and breakdown of audio-visual equipment for meetings and major corporate events • Work closely with freelancers to ensure events are prepared on time • Manage all monthly billing and invoicing processes to ensure timely payments • Maintain inventory control, ensuring that equipment is consistently tracked and accounted for If you're passionate about delivering high-quality service and working in a dynamic, collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply!
