View Boston Observation Deck is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Events to lead and grow our private events and catering business at one of the city’s most iconic venues. Located atop the Prudential Center, View Boston offers breathtaking 360° views, elevated hospitality, and a one-of-a-kind setting for corporate, social, and VIP experiences. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a strong background in luxury hospitality, event venues, or catering sales, and a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences. · Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to partner effectively with both leadership and property teams · 7+ years of progressive experience in event sales, catering, hospitality, or luxury venue management
