Our team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is searching for a dynamic and experienced Director of Events with a strong attention to detail to join our sales team. You will work with a team of sales professionals who are dedicated to creating unique experiences for our clients and providing exceptional service throughout the sales experience. Responsibilities • Work directly with clients to understand their event requirements, coordinate logistics, and ensure meticulous planning and execution of events • Own the creation and delivery of Banquet Event Orders (BEO's), communicating effectively across departments to ensure flawless execution of each event • Oversee event setup, breakdown, and equipment coordination—ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes • Serve as the onsite central point of contact for the client, including presence at the event(s) • Serve as a resource to the Events Manager, providing support and oversight as needed.
