Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position is responsible for the day-to-day operation, activities and functions of the Events and Facilities Departments. • Provides leadership and resources for Event Managers and Coordinators pertaining to the technical aspects of event management. • Manages all logistics of events booked at HCC. • Experience successfully managing and planning high profile events. • Demonstrated independent thinking and problem-solving skills; able to work with confidential information • Must possess and exude a positive, team-oriented attitude • Self-starter with a willingness and enthusiasm for taking on additional responsibility • Due to the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company.
