Director of Events

The Director of Events will contribute extensively to the growth and profitability of events by ensuring client requirements are met and facility rules, regulations, and policies are followed by serving as a liaison between the facility and clients. • Directs and manages event services, delivery methods, and procedures within Trilith Live leading to increased event revenue, reduced event expenses, and the overall success of the events. • Ensures that all areas of event management are executed in a manner that will deliver outstanding client and guest experiences. • Prepares the annual budget for the division; reviews with, and solicits feedback from, the General Manager. • Requires ability to work flexible and extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENTThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
