Lead the comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of all Championship Fund and special events for athletic fundraising.Conduct regular meetings to establish objectives, priorities, and strategies for successful events that meet specific fundraising goals.Collaboration with athletics leadership and external partners to develop a balanced event calendar for maximum engagement and impact.Participate in weekly operations meetings, representing the Big Green initiative.Utilize events strategically to support annual giving, major gifts, and donor engagement goals.Effective communication of event details to target donor groups in conjunction with development staff.Implement a structured evaluation process for all events, tracking performance metrics, and reporting to athletic leadership.Manage event logistics, budgets, vendor relations, and timelines while ensuring compliance with all relevant policies.Qualifications The salary range for this position is $44,918 - $58,393, commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity.
