Your role will be instrumental in driving fundraising efforts, cultivating donor relationships, and ensuring high-quality experiences that align with our institutional objectives.

Your Responsibilities

Lead the comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of all Championship Fund and special events for athletic fundraising.Conduct regular meetings to establish objectives, priorities, and strategies for successful events that meet specific fundraising goals.Collaboration with athletics leadership and external partners to develop a balanced event calendar for maximum engagement and impact.Participate in weekly operations meetings, representing the Big Green initiative.Utilize events strategically to support annual giving, major gifts, and donor engagement goals.Effective communication of event details to target donor groups in conjunction with development staff.Implement a structured evaluation process for all events, tracking performance metrics, and reporting to athletic leadership.Manage event logistics, budgets, vendor relations, and timelines while ensuring compliance with all relevant policies.Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Sports Management, Event Management, Communications, Marketing).At least 1 year of experience in an athletic fundraising role.Preferred:

Master's degree.Experience with an athletics foundation or collegiate advancement operations.Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $44,918 - $58,393, commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity. Full-time employees are also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and tuition benefits for employees and their dependents.
