SFRCC is looking for: A self-starter; strong private and public communicator; adept at diverse event logistics and supervision; proactive with outreach to local tenants and community-wide organizations; excellent organizational skills; expertise in logistics and planning for large and small events; familiarity with professional contracts; familiarity with City and State ordinances as related to... public events; familiarity with public relations, press and advertising management. Events Provides regularly scheduled reviews with Board of Directors, Public Use Committee, and Executive Director describing event details, schedules and all issues related to public use. and assists in budget preparation for events and marketing needs. Communicates with SFRCC Board and Staff and Railyard tenant community as needed regarding news updates, event scheduling, construction or other impactful activities.
