Director of Remote Event Planning & Logistics

You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies for all virtual events, managing budgets, coordinating with a distributed team of event planners and technical support staff, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: conceptualizing and designing innovative virtual event formats, overseeing the planning and execution of all aspects of virtual events (from registration to post-event analysis), managing vendor relationships (including AV, platform providers, and entertainment), and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures. Strong leadership and team management skills are critical, as you will be guiding a remote team. Proficiency in event management software and a strong understanding of digital marketing principles are also important. You will be at the forefront of shaping our client's strategy for engaging audiences in the digital space.
