Downtown Los Angeles | Full-Time | Leadership Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Event Sales & Marketing to lead all private events revenue generation and brand marketing efforts for a landmark multi-level hospitality venue in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. This is not a split role — ideal candidates must bring proven leadership in both event sales strategy and marketing execution, with a strong track record in driving demand, increasing visibility, and converting leads into memorable guest experiences. Requirements • Minimum 5 years in a dual-role or senior leadership position overseeing both event sales and marketing in hospitality, nightlife, or lifestyle venues • Demonstrated success building event pipelines and driving top-line revenue through outbound sales, client development, and relationship management • Hands-on experience in content strategy, digital advertising, social media management, and CRM/email marketing • Comfortable representing the brand both internally and externally, including at networking functions, industry events, and client meetings • Highly organized, collaborative, and results-oriented Bonus Points • Familiarity with the DTLA market and historic/experiential venues • Strong design sensibility and experience managing brand identity
