Occasional duties or projects which may be performed at irregular intervals: • Assisting in other areas of the resort • Appraise employee productivity and efficiency for the purpose of recommending promotions or other changes in status • Discipline employees • Plan the work • Determine the type of materials, supplies, machinery, equipment, or tools to be used or merchandise to be bought, stocked, and sold Direct the work of employees Specialized equipment or machines used in the course of the duties of the position. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands and is required to talk and hear. Ability to work with minimum supervision and a high degree of autonomy.
