The Director of Special Events and Projects is a senior-level leader responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of large-scale events and high-impact projects that elevate the Orioles brand, enhance fan experiences, support revenue goals, and strengthen community and corporate relationships. • Lead the planning, and execution of all special events at the ballpark and warehouse, including concerts, fan festivals, hospitality activations, and MLB initiatives (e.g., All-Star Week, post-season). Budget & Operations Oversight • Oversee various event and project budgets, including forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting.
