Director, Operations & Event Services (56523)

The Director of Operations & Event Services is responsible for event planning and execution for the Diamond Club. Lead the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of all externally booked events held within the Dragons Diamond Club. Continue to strengthen and develop the working relationship with PSC through regular EO meetings to align expectations for events and overall execution of food & beverage service within the Diamond Club. Participate in monthly business and tourism-related meetings (e.g., Destination Dayton) to increase awareness of the Diamond Club and build relationships with hoteliers, event planners, and industry partners. Oversee intern onboarding, training, and performance to ensure alignment with Diamond Club service and execution standards.
