Position Summary: The Director of Special Events and Projects is a senior-level leader responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of large-scale events and high-impact projects that elevate the Orioles brand, enhance fan experiences, support revenue goals, and strengthen community and corporate relationships. Budget & Operations Oversight • Oversee various event and project budgets, including forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting. • 10+ years of experience in large-scale events, live experiences, or sports/entertainment operations, with 7+ years in a director/leadership role.
