About the Role We are seeking a skilled Development Officer to join our team at Deborah Heart and Lung Center. In this critical role, you will be responsible for securing major gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations to support our mission. As a key member of our development team, you will develop and implement strategies to cultivate and solicit major gifts, build relationships with donors, and ensure timely and accurate reporting of donor interactions. • Duties include: • Developing and implementing comprehensive major gift strategies • BUILDING and maintaining strong relationships with donors and prospects • Identifying and researching new funding opportunities • Preparing and submitting grant proposals and reports
