• Assist in managing and scheduling seasonal Special Event Service Team to include recruitment and hiring of members with Draft/Special Event Manager • Assist in forecasting inventory needs for special events to Portfolio Managers • Assist in working with Special Event leadership for implementation of signage, pouring stations, inventory needs, backstock (inventory flow within venue), etc. • Study beer, wine and food publications/journals, latest techniques of draft beer installation to maintain a high level of knowledge in these respective areas. • Maintain and order inventory of saleable items; i.e. glassware, cups, buckets, et al. • Organize and maintain On Premise POS area. Knowledge And Skills Required To Perform Duties • A two-year College Degree is preferred, high school diploma or equivalent is required. • One year minimum beer or wine industry experience.
