The DSO/MSO Senior Event Coordinator will assist the DSO/MSO Event Manager and attorneys with various logistics surrounding industry events, including Dykema’s conference(s), by professionally representing the firm, executing setup and tear down of event booths, act as the point of contact for conference venues and vendors, shipping event materials, promotional items and assisting the attorneys with any onsite needs. The Senior Event Coordinator will work closely with the Event Coordinator, Marketing Support, and reports to the Event Manager and the DSO/MSO attorneys. • Assist in coordination of all aspects of Dykema’s conference(s) in a supporting role to the Event Manager and team. • Perform duties and other responsibilities/tasks as requested/assigned by the DSO/MSO Group and Event Manager. • Bachelor’s Degree in related area preferred; or comparable level of training such as that which may be acquired through additional work experience.
