Delivering Exceptional Customer Service • Serve as primary on-site contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle; greet customers, lead pre- and post-event meetings, and solicit feedback. • Provide accurate room night and revenue forecasts for pipeline groups and assist with weekly revenue meetings. • Senior Event Manager Track: Bachelor's degree plus 3-6 years' experience managing larger and more complex conventions and events.
