Serve as the primary contact for Physiology TMMPP students, managing recruitment, admissions, orientation, registration, and placements.Communications: Planning, editing, managing communications and distributions, website maintenance, social media, newsletters, etc.Events Management: Scheduling, resource planning, evaluation, and promotion of lectures, seminars, and related events. Lead staff support for these events.Other: Direct administrative support as needed.Essential DutiesAssume primary responsibility for programs and operations, develop objectives, resources, and practices to meet goals.Coordinate daily operations to achieve goals, manage best practices.Design and implement quality control metrics, analyze and minimize risks.Develop complex reports and materials.Collaborate with internal and external partners.Oversee and monitor budgets.Develop and maintain specialized training.Perform additional duties as assigned.Required Education and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in a related field and two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.Required Skills and AbilitiesFlexibility and adaptability to changing demands, strong interpersonal skills.Excellent communication, organizational, and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently and in teams.Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Google Drive, website updates.Experience with graduate student activities, recruitment, and enrollment systems, preferred in basic sciences.Other InformationNo drug screen or health screening required.
