Employee Event Coordinator - Remote/Greater Washington DC Area

They will also work directly with the Human Resources Manager to collaborate with other leaders of our company to disseminate the company’s culture, services, brand awareness and other positive deliverables. • Advanced planning of events, social media, and digital asset collection on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis • Maintain expenses for all engagement events • Collaborate and produce, manage, and maintain employer social media accounts • Provide professional video and photo services to increase company digital assets and elevate marketing content across platforms • Promote positive business relationships internally and externally • Facilitate company driven volunteer and community sponsored events • Brainstorm new ideas and content, research the market, stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices • other duties as assigned • Work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm EST - flexibility for after hours calls as needed • This role will work remotely, in a professional office environment and on various sites daily. • This role will need to travel to each location once per quarter, customer sites and other locations related to the scope of work.
