We are seeking an Engagement and Events Manager with a focus on experiential marketing to enhance the experiences of children, parents, educators, and staff across our childcare centers. This dynamic role emphasizes building community through daily events, seasonal programs, and active social media engagement, creating a vibrant environment that engages young learners and energizes our teaching staff. • Ensure that vendor programming aligns with our curriculum goals, providing enriching experiences that engage children in active learning. • 2+ years of experience in event management, community engagement, or a similar role; experience in childcare, hospitality, or early childhood education is preferred. Additional Requirements: • Background Record Check (BRC): In compliance with Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) regulations, the candidate must undergo a comprehensive BRC, including: • Massachusetts Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) check.
