The College of Business is currently seeking an Engagement & Events Program Manager to elevate the visibility and impact of its programs through strategic leadership of outreach, communications, and event management. The role offers a partially remote work option as agreed with the supervisor. The Engagement & Events Program Manager is responsible for leading comprehensive event strategies and communication initiatives that enhance the College of Business’s engagement efforts. The Manager oversees event planning and execution for multiple programs such as the Ethics Initiatives, the Economic Forum, the Center for Entrepreneurship Programming, Sport Management events, and several executive education and alumni functions. • Bachelor's degree • Professional experience in large event planning or event management • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proficiency with event management software preferred • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed • Experience in budget oversight and vendor management
