Overview The role supports the development and execution of initiatives that enhance guest experience, employee development, and the work environment. How You'll Make A Difference Duties & Responsibilities:- Provides leadership to division staff to continually improve the operation, the work environment, efficiency, Guest satisfaction, and safety.Develops the ability of the department to respond to changes in the business environment.- Provides input for long-term and short-term division goals.- Ensure division compliance with Department of Labor laws and guidelines.- Lead all assigned areas of production on shows and events in order to provide high-quality products.- Maintain consistency with department goals for quality, safety, and efficiency.- Enforce all park policies, procedures and maintain all Six Flags standards.- Co-chairs Entertainment staff meetings, production update meetings and planning sessions.- Continually monitors Seasonal leadership performance.- Assist with allocating division resources effectively to positively impact Guest Services and the Team Member experience.- Assist with the development and managing division budgets for Entertainment & Events.
