What You’ll Do: • Develop and maintain the master production calendar for 65+ live events • Create and execute the run of show for dozens of live events productions • Work with scheduling team to allocate crew, equipment, and resources for our productions • Oversee logistics planning, including travel, lodging, and shipping • Anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems before they occur • Track and analyze data in real time.
