Entry-Level Charity Event Coordinator

Location: Salt Lake City, UT Pay: $800–$1200 per week About Us Paradigm Operations is seeking an energetic and motivated Entry-Level Charity Event Coordinator to support our community outreach and event initiatives. If you enjoy working with people, organizing events, and making a positive impact, this is a great opportunity to build your career in event coordination and marketing. You’ll work closely with our Event Demonstrators and marketing team to ensure each event runs smoothly, meets performance goals, and delivers an excellent experience for attendees. Key Responsibilities • Research, schedule, and book local charity events and shows • Determine staffing needs and create event schedules • Assist with hiring and training Event Demonstrators • Oversee event staff, provide guidance, and address performance concerns • Support booth setup, teardown, and overall event logistics • Report display or equipment issues to management • Ensure accurate collection of customer lead information • Monitor event budgets and help achieve strong ROI • Demonstrate products and engage with attendees during events • Perform other related duties as needed
