Entry-Level Customer Service Representative – Paid Training & Immediate Start

We partner with nonprofit organizations and charitable groups to support community events, fundraising campaigns, and public outreach initiatives. We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our outreach and event team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing exceptional customer service, attending community events, and developing professional communication skills.

No previous customer service, fundraising, or nonprofit experience is required. Paid training is provided!

What You'll DoAs an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will:

Provide friendly, professional support to event attendees, donors, supporters, and community membersAnswer questions and share information about nonprofit missions, charitable programs, campaigns, and fundraising initiativesCreate positive interactions and memorable experiences for event participantsAssist with customer questions, feedback collection, and basic follow-upSupport event teams with attendee engagement and on-site coordinationDistribute informational and promotional materialsMaintain a welcoming, professional, and customer-focused presence at community eventsWork closely with team members to help ensure successful fundraising and outreach eventsRepresent nonprofit partners with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrityParticipate in training designed to strengthen communication, customer service, and leadership skillsQualificationsNo previous experience required — paid training provided!
