Entry Level Event Assistant

We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Event Assistants. This role supports nonprofit organizations at events, pop-ups, community activations, and promotional campaigns by helping create engaging and well-organized event experiences.

Responsibilities

Assist with setup and breakdown of event booths, displays, and promotional materialsSupport nonprofit teams at events, festivals, retail activations, and community programsEngage with the public in a friendly and professional mannerHelp communicate campaign messaging and event informationWork collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth event operationsMaintain a positive and professional presence throughout eventsCollect basic feedback and observations from event interactionsParticipate in training and team development sessions
