We are hiring an Entry Level Event Assistant to support live promotional campaigns throughout Cleveland. This role involves working at pop-up events, retail activations, and community-based campaigns where you’ll interact directly with customers and help drive campaign success.

No two days are the same in this fast-moving role, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy variety, teamwork, and face-to-face communication.

The Role

As an Entry Level Event Assistant, you’ll support the delivery of live campaigns by engaging with customers, assisting with event setup, and helping create positive experiences at promotional sites.

This is an active, customer-facing position with full product and communication training provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with event setup and breakdown
Welcoming attendees and creating positive first impressions
Sharing campaign information and answering questions
Supporting registrations and customer onboarding
Maintaining presentation standards at event locations
Working closely with team members throughout campaigns
Participating in regular coaching and development sessions

Previous experience is not required, although backgrounds in hospitality, retail, customer service, or events can be helpful.
