Entry-Level Event Assistant | Immediate Hire | Paid Training Provided

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and people-oriented **Event Assistant** to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, participating in events, and developing valuable communication and organizational skills.

**No previous event experience is required. Paid training is provided.**

### Responsibilities

* Assist with the preparation, setup, and breakdown of events.
* Support event teams with day-to-day event activities and customer interactions.
* Help create a welcoming and professional experience for event attendees.
* Communicate with customers, guests, and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
* Assist with promotional activities and event presentations.
* Help maintain organized event materials and supplies.
* Follow event schedules, instructions, and established procedures.
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure events run smoothly.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
