As we onboard new clients, our goal is to provide comprehensive training for each Event Assistant in all aspects of planning and executing marketing events. Your responsibilities will include: • Planning, organizing, and executing promotional events that drive brand awareness • Maintaining a positive public image for clients by providing engaging customer interactions • Supporting brand awareness initiatives across local markets • Assisting in the selection and management of marketing and promotional materials • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing consumers • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure brand consistency • Providing on-site event support and customer service during events To be successful in this role, candidates should have: • An outgoing personality and a positive attitude • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • A genuine enjoyment of working face-to-face with people • Ability to commit to a full-time schedule (minimum 30 hours per week) • Availability for local travel to promotional events • Customer service, retail, sales, or marketing experience is a plus but not required • A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment We believe in investing in our team members and providing them with the resources they need to succeed.
